The Prizes: I'll be drawing 3 special Wish3 related drawings up for grabs OR I can do like last time and offer commission art by me! SO! Have at it! I'll post up possible Wish3 art once I get hit with the inspiration bat (which has been hitting rather hard lately)

First place: Choice of a small watercolor sketch drawing of either Wish3 OR your own request AND the choice of a print

Second Place: Choice of small pencil/ink sketch of either Wish3 OR your own request

The Rules: Er, the only one that should be done... which is do Wish3 related art. Original, please! No coloring of my stuff cuz... that's just not creative enough ;D I guess some ideas to toss out would be... something humorous or a pinup of recent events, I dunno XD Whatever strikes yer fancy! I'd even toss it out to fanfics and fan poetry, but I'm not sure how to judge those against art ^_^;;;

FANFIC CONTEST!

The fanfic/poetry contest IS NOW OPEN! I will accept entries in the mail, PM, whatever. The prizes are the same as the art ones: First and Second place. I will only choose one winner (as I doubt many will enter).

THE PROCESS:

Just email me (sylver@wish3.net) your entry and I'll post it up ^_^ Judging will be done within that week and I'll put out news on the winners, then privately contact them about their prizes ^_^

For the writers, you CAN send me questions for clarifications like... how Takeo met his wife or how old Shigeru is. Send me wahtever questions you need answered, but I'll answer certain questions at my own discretion XD No spoilers!

Deadline is the same for both contests!! MARCH 15TH!

Well, you could always put a limit to the number of pages we're allowed to write. Hell, you could say it has to be drabble (100 word stories), and it would barely take any time to read. And you could still make the prizes artsies, because you know we'd love it. :3

And since it turns out I can't pass up a chance to get Silvy art whether you're going to allow me to write fanfiction for this or not -- what's the criteria you're judging the art on? And does Himi have cat-slit eyes or regular eyes?

And by criteria, I mean how do you choose the winner? Artistic skill? Humorous qualities? OMIGOD! NUNCHUCKS! *Ahem* Yes. That is the insanity that is my Media Arts class. >,< *Ahems* And for the fanfiction/poetry part, will it be writing skill/grammar/spelling/relevance/plot/etc.? ^.^; Oh, and I keep wondering -- does or does not Himi have tails? Because in some pictures she does, but in others she doesn't. O.o;

whoa, let's take this one by the numbers XD

For art, I usually judge on creativity, certain level of skill, and just capturing the spirit of the characters... or takign the characters to a relatable level of the comic. If that makes any sense...

For fanfic.. it'll be originality of the premise or story or whatever. Not to take my characters COMPLETELY outta character, I'm thinking Omake kinda OOC if it's OOC. Ultimately... how much I enjoyed reading it XD So grammar helps, but isn't the allmighty important.

Himitsu has tails when she wants 'em XD Mostly, to make a point... which at this time is only in issue 3 (and Thanksgiving art)... hrm, seems to be when she's bein' humorous.... but... whatever XD Use her tails iffn' ya wishses.
