In a futuristic world, just like in every world; political unrest and wars are the center of all problems, in this world, where magnificent weaponry and machinery are created, soldiers for hire are the ones in charge of protecting the inocent, in charge of taking action in these conflicts... soldiers known as seeDs, special agents trained in combat and knowledge. The seeDs are trained in Gardens, schools highly qualified to train these soldiers. There are few Gardens in our world, and one of them is the main character of our story, welcome to Balamb Garden...

In this new school year that starts, Balamb Garden is as it always is... its architectural design and instalations make it one of the prime places where anyone would like to study...

*Freshmen students in Balamb, please report to the main office to register... Regular students, check into your respective dorms please...* This message was played from the speakers through all the garden...

A new year starts at Balamb Garden, and the first day is always the bussiest of them all... but someone didn't go out for holidays... someone is just sitting at the training area, to be more specific, the park... Seta is sitting in a bench eating a hot dog...

*God... finally the year starts again... this Garden can be soooo boring on winter break...* Said Seta as he was watching a leaf go round and round because of the wind...

Welcome to Balamb Garden... I hope you have an interesting time here...

[Celrena]

meghan ran to her dorm and jumped on her bed

"aaa another year in the garden I should train harder this year so I can join SeeD this time ^^"

That had been her life time goal to be a SeeD member. Even though she was 20 years old she felt bad she still didnt get to join.

"well I should go out and meet the new people and look around ^^ "

She headed out to the lobby to introduce herself to new people

"Hi I'm Meghan welcome to Balamb Garden, please go to the main office to register "

she shook their hands with a smile. Meghan was a very mysterious person but very hyper active and friendly

"I should head to the training area soon to level up ^^"

[Azkart]

*Meurtrier as usual is seated in front of the fountain playing card tricks to the new cadets and challenging everyone that seems good enough to play a card game*

And for my next trick I will make this card disappeare

*He makes a quick move whit his hand and makes the card desappeared*

[Celrena]

Meghan spots Meurtrier and walks over and looks what hes doing

"ooh neat can you teach me some tricks? or a duel"

she smirked because she was a higher level player just never played that much for awhile

" so what do you say? or are you scared "

I accept the challenge!

*Start mixing his card and put them on the desk in front of him*

So which rule are we playing with?

*A smile appeares in his face*

(thinking):She doesn't look like a rookie at all!

[Krelian]

Alec came back from his vacations back at his hometown of FH.

"Hmmm, it seems we're having a lot of new students this year," he thought as new faces poured in and out of the Garden. "I wonder who I will be roommates with this year."

He got inside the Garden and approached the fountain area. He saw a poster on the wall that announced that Senior Students eligible for SeeD's had to present a theoric and a "battle" exam soon.

"I didn't know that SeeD exams were so early this year. In any case, I think I better go train a bit, I'm too rusty!" He said as he walked towards the training center.

Alec didn't mind much the commotion around the fountain, since he's not the type of person to hang out in big crowds.

[Eternal Angel]

Angel threw her suitcase down on the bed of her dorm room, watching as it snapped open and clothes spilled out across the room. Grumbling, she started to pick up a skirt from the floor, but changed her mind at the last second and threw it back down. "Later," she said aloud, to nobody in particular. Looking around the room, she noticed that someone else's things were already spread around the other side of the room. "Hope she doesn't mind a mess," Angel said to herself, vowing that she really would clean up as soon as she got back.

She wandered down the hallway back towards the main areas of Garden, looking around at all the students, trying to find a familiar face. She wandered into the cafeteria, the smell of hot dogs invading her nose immediately. Grabbing a tray of food quickly, she didn't see anyone she knew and wandered back outside to look for a place to sit. A brown haired young man sat by himself on a bench, quietly munching on a hot dog. She raised a hand to wave, nearly dropping her tray in the process. She blushed a little. "Hey Seta!" she called.

[Otaku]

The Garden was a mess, new students everywhere, lost ones, cranky ones, popular ones, etc...

*All students, please report to central office to confirm new dorm roomates for the current year..* Said the speaker repeatedly...

*Hi! Angel isn't it?* Said Seta eating the hot dog, he then streched...*Yaawwnn, how was your winter break?*

*Sir, I have the list of candidates for seeD exam this semester...* Said a secretary as she entered the new principal's office...

*Thank you... humm* He said as he looked at the list... *Interesting units here... thank you miss...*

[Krelian]

"Hmm, these people are very fast this year! They don't seem to be losing any time!"

Alec walked towards the central office and saw that it was terribly packed of people. He went outside and sat down on a bench close to the office, waiting for the people to leave.
In the meantime, he took out his smaller gun, and played with it: arming and disarming it.

[Terra]

Randy was training in the Training Area when the first announcement went off. After hearing that she started to make her way out casually, fending off a few attacks with some well-placed punches, but taking a few bruises with her.

When the announcement came for the new room assignments she just continued casually to the main office and ended up in line next to Alec. Her sandy-brown-blonde hair was a mess from her training and her face had some smudges of dirt on it and her clothes too. Her green T-shirt was loose and since her breasts were small you could thing she's a boy rather easily. She frankly didn't care if people thought she was a boy or a girl, though it was fun for people to think she was a boy, so she played along with it.

Relaxing against a pillar as she waited for the line to move she wondered what sort of roommate she'd get this year. She hoped whoever it was was interseting... She wanted someone interesting to be her roommate... Last year the person was very droll, she purposefully spent all her time in the Training Area to keep away from that one... She sighs and waits for the line to move with a comment to Alec.

"I sure hope that the newbies ahead of us don't take too long... They often ask for directions and get it repeated and repeated and damn it makes us wait for awhile, doesn't it?" Her voice was on the low side for a girl's which also helped people think she was a boy. And Her anme WAS Randy... Which was more commonly used as aboys name. She smiled to herself. She'd seen Alec around, but she wasn't really ever in his class... But he was older than her... so he was probably in higher level courses... 'course she'd studied and trained like crazy since she joined so that she could get up to the level of people older than her so she could be a seeD and go on missions. She wanted that adventure.

[Celrena]

Meghan heard the annoucnement

"well I guess this battle will have to wait. anyways my names Meghan see you around "

she smiled and headed to central office. she went around smiling at people and saying hello and being friendly. the truth was she was always friendly to everyone but never got close to anyone so she didnt have any friends. she waited patiently for the annoucnement

[Otaku]

The line at the central office cleared out after 20 minutes or so...

*Can I help you?* Said the secretary as she gave Alec, Randy and Meghan a small envelope with the room number and name of new roommate...

When Alec opened his envelope, he saw that his new roomate is "Seta"
When Randy opened his envelope, she saw that her new roomie is "Meurtrier"
When Meghan opened her envelope, she saw that her new roomie is "Angel"

At this moment, a guy using seeD Gala uniform aproached the office and said something to the secretary...

*Yawwn, I'm bored... I'm gonna go check who's my new roomate...* Said Seta to Angel as he got up the bench and started walking towards the office...

[Eternal Angel]

Angel blushed a bit and grinned. He had remembered her name! "Yeah, guess I need to do that too. Hope I don't get a newbie, that would be my luck."

She tagged along down to the office, opening her envelope to see her new roommate. "Meghan, eh?" She laughed a little and started to head back to the dormitory. "Guess I better clean up that mess before she thinks I'm a slob."

[Celrena]

Meghan got the letter and opened it

"oooh angel eh? nice name hehe"

she skipped along smiling and saying hi to everyone she saw and went to her dorm and put her stuff in her room and knocked on her roomates door

"hello angel is it? "

she wanted for her to respone

[Terra]

"Mor-tree-air? What kind of name is that?" She smiles. "Well... let's hope this person is as interesting as their name..." She heads over to the Dorm to settle into the new room assignment. Anyways, since she didn't have a home to go to during holidays or anyone to visit, she'd ended up with the same room, just a new roommate. She flops onto the bed and relaxes with the door to her segment open, waiting for her new roomate to arrive.

[Azkart]

*By the time when Meurtrier arrived to the office, eveyone was already gone*

Cool no line!

*He enters the office and ask the secretary for his room number, he opens de envelope and reads the name*

Randy? never heard of him, I wonder if it's one of the new guys

*start walking toward the room (this is going to be fun XD)*

[Eternal Angel]

Angel hurried down the hallway towards the dorm. When she arrived, she saw another girl knocking on her door. "Hey," she said as she approached. "That's my room...but it's kind of a mess. Probably don't want to go in there right now." She put out her hand. "I'm Angel." She laughed. "I know I look like a newbie, but it's really my third year here!"

She glanced over the other girl, deciding that she looked like she would probably be a lot of fun, not like the serious, stuffy girl they'd stuck her with last year. "I'm guessing you're Meghan, right?"

[Azkart]

*When Meurtrier arrive at his door he start searching in his pockets for the key*

Damn! where did I put that key!?

*after searching for a while he finally gives up and stares at the door*

*sigh* well I hope my roomate is inside...

*knocks the door a couple of times with the hope that someone open the door*

[Otaku]

*Alec, huh?* Asked Seta to himself after opening the envelope at the Central Office... *Well, this method of rearranging roomates is good, this way we get to know lots of people...*

Seta walked to his dorm and entered...

*Well, this is nice... all rooms look alike, he he he...* He started laughing at himself as he entered the room...

*Sir? can I start making arrangements to memo the new candidates for seeD?* Asked the secretary

*Let them know tommorrow, I think our students have had enough thrills for one day...* Answered the Principal

*Yes Sir!* She answered and walked away from his office

[Terra]

Randy comes to the door and opens it taking in Meurtrier's Plain T-shirt and Jeans... "Um... yeah... you need any help?" She didn't seem too impressed by Meurtrier, of course he looked plain and boring, how interesting could someone like that be? Well the bored and slightly annoyed cynicism lowered her voice even more then normal sounding in more the regular range for a boy.

She was still a little messy and rumpled, but she'd rubbed the dirt off her skin at least. At the moment she looked like a feminine pretty-boy that was a bit of a mess. She didn't seem to really care either, addiing to her boyish impression.
